This is L type straight connector without gender, which is assembly plug with some components. The inside is a connector core for wire attaching and the outside is a plastic shell for waterproof. The waterproof grade of this connector is IP67 even IP68, it is favorable for outdoor waterproof and dust proof. 
The connector wire attaches is screw fixing type, which is only need a fine screwdriver for wire installation.
