This connector is assembled with components, which mean this connector can be disassembled into some parts. The components includes waterproof nut, cable gland, enclosure, couping nut, O-ring, male core/female core. 

 

There is dust cap for this connector to choose from. 

How to do wire installation? 
1. do wire stripping about 7mm; 
2. take off components waterproof nut, cable gland, enclosure; 
3. put cable through these components orderly;
4. do soldering wire with tin;
5. tighten up all components.

How to choose the right cable gland for application?
The cable will go through the cable gland. While the cable gland will be pressed under the tighten ing waterproof nut to get waterproof effect. So the cable gland inside diameter larger than but close to cable jacket OD will be perfect. 

Cable OD 2.5-3.5mm, cable gland φ3.6mm;
Cable OD 3.5-4.1mm, cable gland φ4.1mm;
