UL TUV Certified 2pin M12 Mini 5A Power Signal Male Female Waterproof Wire Connector
This is wire to wire assembly type mini connector with waterproof grade IP68. The assembly is no cable, which is used the field assembly that is existing cable.
1. PA66 material: high strength, no blooming, high heat resistant, flame retardant.
2. Gold plated brass: good electrical properties.
3. IP68 waterproof grade: 24hour in depth 2meter.
4. Contacts type: solder lugs.
5. Components: waterproof nut, cable gland, enclosure, O-ring, coupling nut, connector cores.
6. Operating structions:
~~~soldering electrical iron and tin.
~~~strip wire length about 5mm
~~~turn off the component orderly
~~~insert the cable to the terminal of copper
~~~do soldering with tin
~~~tighten up all components
~~~male plug to female tightly.

How To Order?
Before order, please specify the details of wire and power to sales, our team will double check the model whether is OK. What the information we want to know includes:
1. connector type, such as with cable or without cable;
2. working ampere, such as 5A;
3. wire gauge, such as 1.0mm² or 18AWG;
4. cable OD, such as the cable overall diameter 6mm;
5. contacts type, such as solder lugs or screw lugs;
Please kindly note that, there is UL version and non-UL version connector for this Model M12, so please specify the right version you need before order.
UL version: UL, SAA, TUV, CE, RoHS;
Non-UL version: CE, RoHS.
There is dust caps for male and female connectors to do water and dust proof. So you need to specify you need dust cap or not. Also please kinldy note that the dust cap is no certificate.
How to choose the right cable gland(seal ring) for the connector?
There are two tips you need to note:
1. the cable can be insert the hole of cable gland.
2. the cable gland inside diameter should be closer to the cable OD.

1. cable OD 2.5-3.6mm, φ3.6mm;
2. cable OD 3.5-4.1mm, φ4.1mm;
3. cable OD 4.0-5.5mm, φ5.5mm;
4. cable OD 5.0-6.5mm, φ6.5mm;
5. cable OD 6.0-7.5mm, φ7.5mm;
