DC plug: Outside diameter: 5.5mm, Inside diameter:  2.1mm, 2.5mm.

Total length appro:500mm, 1000m or customized.

Wire Gauge: 20AWG, 22AWG, 24AWG, Max load 4A.
Widely used in surveillance cameras, especially for for home security camera surveillance system, routers, LED light.

 

The end of the cable is black and red to indicate the polarity. Pure copper wire can provide faster and more stable conductivity, which can be better connected to other equipment. (DC male plug corresponding cable:red to inside, black to external)

 

The double-layer PVC insulation layer is safer and corrosion-resistant. It can also be bent as needed and is very flexible.

The cable gland inner diameter should be larger but closer to the cable OD in order to get better waterproof grade. Below datas just for reference:

3. OD 7.0-8.5mm, φ8.5mm;
