K15 waterproof plugs are assembly type waterproof connectors, which are without cable but only assembled with different components. How to choose the suitable cable gland for waterproof plugs so that ensure the enough waterproof grade.
Suitable cable gland is the waterproof guarantee of waterproof plugs. Due to the cable will go through the cabld gland so that the cable OD is required smaller than cable gland inside diameter. However, for better waterproof effect, the outer diameter of the cable should not be too small than the silicone cable gland, so as not to lock the silicone ring tightly with the nut.The below table is just for reference.
