TIPS:
The male plug is bulkhead and front panel mount plug molded with cable, the female plug you can choose assembly plug or molded cable plug with cable. The cable length is customized as requirement from customers, the shortest cable to be molded is 50mm.
1. Male panel with cable series waterproof plugs include M12 M16 M20.
M12 2,3,4,5,6pin for choices.
M16 2,3,4,5pin you can choose from.
M20 2,3,4pin for choices.
2.The panel waterproof plug concists of the components : male plug,gasket ,hex nut,rubber core,o-ring,middle nut,shell,seal ring and tail nut (as below picture)
3.Male plug is nylon plug with PVC cable, the assembly female plug is nylon PA66 or the molded female is nylon connector with PVC cable.
4. Install easily, use easily, and save time.
5.Wire Connecting Way: Solder type. Required tool for installation: Tin bar and electric soldering iron.
6.Shell Material:Classy Nylon PA66, with strong temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, pressure resistance, 94V0 flame retardant, Non-toxic, environmental protection.
Contacts are made of nickel-plated Brass, with high conductivity, corrosion resistance, long service life.
Seal Ring and O-ring are made of rubber. Excellent waterproof effect, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance.
7.The operating rating is -20ºC - +80ºC.Waterproof Level is IP 65.
