How to order this dc connector?
There are some factors to determine a connector whether is ok for application.
Before quotation, please specify the below details, then we can assist the connector whether is ok for your application:
1. contacts, such as 2 pin;
2. working ampere and voltage, such as 4A, 12V;
3. wire gauge and cable length, such as 20AWG, length 500mm each side;
4. connector type, such as connector with wire end tail or extension cable
5. DC metal size, such as 5.5*2.1 or 5.5*2.5mm.
This is customized cable length dc connector. The connector carries up to 60V and 5A. And the wire gauge is 18AWG/20AWG/22AWG/24AWG or 0.75mm²/0.5mm².
Except the connector with wire end open tail, it also can be designed into extension cable with male or female connector.
This connector is length about 72mm and wide about 12.5mm.
The dc metal size is 5.5*2.1 or 5.5*2.5mm only.
The male to female is locking type connection. And the connector is molded with cable.
The connector can be designed in splitter type solution.
