Power Control Box M20 Male Female Waterproof 2 Wire Connectors

This is panel mount type connector that the male is in-line type connector and the female is front panel mount connector. It mean that the female connector will be mounted on the panel hole and the male connector is outside of panel box. 

The connector is assembly plug and socket, which is without cable for cable joint assembly.

Components:
waterproof nut, cable gland, enclosure, coupling nut, O-ring, male/female connector core.

 

Screw version
This is screw version connector with screw lugs. There are round pin or irregular pin two versions. The round pin is longer than irregular pin.

This is solder version connector with solder terminals.

There is dust cap to fit onto these connectors for covering unused connections. The dust caps also are waterproof.

Installations Instructions
The female connector core will go through the panel hole, and the gasket will behind the panel and the hex-nut is in front of panel.

1. disassembly the connector;
2. pass the cable through waterproof nut, cable gland enclosure;
3. stripping cable jacket about 10mm and stripping wire about 3mm;
4. solder the wire on the solder version terminals; 
5. assembly all components orderly;
6. male insert into female connector.
