UL version waterproof connector

1. PA66 plastic material: high strength, high heat resistance, no blooming. Flame retardant.  
2. Good electrical properties
3. 2pin and 3pin for choosing from. 
4. Can be customized LOGO. 

3 pin M25 waterproof connector is made of glass fiber reinforced & flame retardant plastic material and gold-plated brass, its flame retardant rating is 94 V-0. The plastic material employed in 3 pin M25 waterproof connector is insulating material-nylon PA66, which is high strength, high heat resistance, good electrical properties and no blooming. The hardware is gold plated brass, which is screw pressure type terminal. All parts are made of corrosion resistant material or are plated to provide corrosion protection.

How to install M25 waterproof connector? Before installation, a good screwdriver should be prepared in advance. Take a look at the below steps, or check out the related installation videos.

1. Loosen the screws
2. Insert the wire after stripping the outer rubber
3. Tighten the screws

 

How to choose the right cable gland to get better waterproof effect.

The cable gland should be closer to the cable OD but also should be larger than the cable OD. Below information just for reference. 
1. Cable OD 6.5-7mm, cable gland φ7mm;
2. Cable OD 7.5-9.5mm, cable gland φ9.5mm;
3. Cable OD 9.0-10mm, cable gland φ11mm;
4. Cable OD 10-11mm, cable gland φ12mm;
5. Cable OD 11-13mm, cable gland φ13mm.

There are dust caps for male and female connectors to cover when unplug.
