This connector is assembled with components, includes waterproof nut, cable gland, enclosure, coupling nut, O-rings, hex-nut, gasket, dust cap, and male/female connector core. 
 

How to do wire installation? 
Male: the wire solder to male plug terminal, then take of the hex-nut, dust cap, put the plug through panel hole, at last assembly the dust cap and hex-nut orderly;
Female: take off waterproof nut, cable gland, enclosure, solder the wire to terminal, then assembly all components.
